The Real Estate Institute of NSW will soon be providing our members with access to electronic signatures through an association with DocuSign.
This will allow our members to sign and serve forms and agreements electronically.
There are many benefits with electronic transactions. It allows contracts to be signed within minutes on mobile phones, tablets or computers by clients anywhere in the world.
It is also safer as the forms are encrypted and pages cannot go missing meaning there is no chance of them being tampered with.
