Strata Act Review

Ahead of the 2020 Statutory Review of the Strata Schemes and Management Acts, REINSW and the Strata Management Chapter Committee began reviewing the Strata Reforms in November 2016. After years of work, the areas of the Acts that required improvement were identified. Lobbying for change is paramount.

Agency Agreement

REINSW provides a comprehensive Exclusive Management Agency Agreement (Owners Corporation) which is available via REI Forms Live.
