NCAT Christmas and New Year's arrangements

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal will hold its last hearing on 22 December 2017 for all NCAT Divisions except for the Guardianship Division.

The Guardianship Division will be available to hear urgent applications over the holiday period. If you need to make an urgent application outside business hours, or on a public holiday, you can contact the Guardianship Division on (02) 9556 7600.

Other NCAT Divisions will hear urgent applications on business days over this period as required, and NCAT will recommence usual hearing arrangements from 8 January 2018.

Registry services

All NCAT Registries will be closed on 25, 26, 27 December 2017 and 1 January 2018.

Registry counters

NCAT's Sydney Registry at Civic Tower, Level 14, 66 Goulburn Street will be open on all business days 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Registries at Liverpool, Penrith, Newcastle, Wollongong and Tamworth will reopen on 2 January 2018.

All Sydney Registries located in John Maddison Tower, 86-90 Goulburn Street will reopen on 8 January 2018.
