NSW Fair Trading has updated the new tenant checklist to include changes to the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
The new tenant checklist mandatory fact sheet has been updated to include changes which require landlords or agents at the start of every tenancy to invite the tenant to lodge the bond using Rental Bonds Online as the first option.
